Day 1: Sapa - Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Tavan (Muong Hoa valley) – Thanh Kim – Ban Ho village ( B, L, D )

Rice Fields
5h30/6h00 AM: Our bus driver will pick you up from Lao Cai /Sapa station to our office in Sapa for breakfast and shower.
9h00 AM: Take mountain bike and bike down on small trail to Muong Hoa valley (The most beautiful valley in Sapa). Down to Y Linh Ho village, it is a small village of Hmong ethnic people and amazing rice terrace field. Famers work on the hill and many animals, meet Hmong and Dzao ethnic people and then we continue to TaVan village. The tour continues through rice paddy fields and spectacular scenery. During the day you will also be able to visit a local school and discovering the unmixed cultural life of Black Hmong and Red Dao, Giay, Tay ethnic people. You can already recognise them by dressing while they are both very famous of handicraft. Lunch in local house, then biking up and down to Thanh Kim and Ban Ho village, the village of Red Dzao Tay people. Visiting the basic life of ethnic people and panorama of beautiful valley and overnight in a homestay of Tay People in Ban Ho village. Enjoye diner with family.
Day 2: Muong Bo valley – Thanh Phu – Nam Sai – Nam Cang village - Sapa (B, L )

Hmong village in rice fields
After breakfast in the homestay we continue the biking tour up to Muong Bo valley of Tay and Xa Pho ethnic people, beautiful view of mountain and house on stills in small villages with friendly local farmers. Visiting some local house of Xa Pho ethnic people ( one of the smallest ethnic people in Vietnam ) to explore their daily life and still keep a lot traditional cultures. Continues to Nam Cang village of red Dao people, hunting nice picture of rice terrace fields. Comeback Thanh Phu village for lunch in local house and then bike down to the bridge to take the van back Sapa.
14h30/15h00: Comeback Sapa by the van. Rest and shower in our office in Sapa town
Then Taking a shuttle bus to train station in Lao Cai or Sapa bus station
Include: English guide, meals (2 lunches, 1 diner, 2 breakfasts), entrance fee, transport by bus, mountain bikes, 1,5 liters of water/pax, homestay, a room for shower and leave your bag in there.
