Cycling to Matra - Taphin - Trung Chai villages

9h00 AM: We start to bike down on small trail to Matra valley, it is also small village of Hmong ethnic people and amazing rice terrace field. Famers work on the hill and many animals, meet Hmong and Dzao ethnic people. Keep cycling to Giang Cha village with a panorama of a small beautiful valley, then we continue to Taphin village of red Dzao people. 

Visiting a local homestay and possibly having a traditional herbal bath, it is very good for health after walking ( Optional, You pay for herbal bath by yourself ).  Lunh in local restaurant, then biking up and down to Trung chai village, the village of Red Dzao people. Visiting the basic life of ethnic people..
15h00: Take a bus back Sapa and end tour.

Include: English guide, lunch, entrance fee, transport, mountain bikes, 1,5 liters of water/pax.
Not include: personal expenses, tip,  accident insurance, herbal bath.
