Day 1: Lao Cai - Sapa - Y Linh Ho village and Lao Chai - Ta Van village in Muong Hoa valley (B,L,D)
Distance 11 -13 km - Duration 4-5h walking. ( 200 -300 m elevation, level easy to medium)

5h30/6h00 AM: Our bus driver picks you up from Lao Cai station ( Sapa bus station/ at 9h00 AM in your Hotel in Sapa ) to our office for the trip.
A nice day and the ‘‘3 Days Sapa Trekking Homestay homestay ‘‘  starts at 9h00/9h30 from your hotel and walk down to Y Linh Ho village, a village of black Hmong people which is located below Fansipan mountain with beautiful – Amazing rice paddy fields. Visiting a local ethnic wooden house of ethnic with friendly people and spectacular scenery. Enjoy the fresh air and cool of the mountains northwest - Vietnam.  After that trek down to Muong Hoa valley, the biggest and most beautiful valley in Sapa, the valley is also a home for Hmong and Dzao, Giay ethnic people, you have a chance to visit them. The villages are located on rice paddy fields.
13h00: Lunch in a local restaurant in Lao Chai village.
14h00: Keep walking to Ta Van village of Giay minority people with beautiful rice terrace fields and peaceful, traditional wooden house, enjoy fresh air and discover ethnic culture. weaving clothes by hemp and indigo...
15h00: Arrive to the homestay in Tavan village. Refresh and rest or you can walk around the village or help the family to cook dinner... 
18h00/18h30: Enjoy the dinner with family.
Free night time to discover the village, some drinks in mini bars in the village

Day 2: Ta Van village - Bamboo forest - Giang Ta Chai - Ban Ho village in Green Valley. (B,L,D)
Distance 13- 15 km - Duration 5h walking. ( 300 -400 m elevation, level medium to hard)

After the nice breakfast in the homestay. The ‘‘ 3 Days Sapa Trekking  Homestay Tour ‘‘ continues hiking on a small dirt trail with amazing beautiful rice terrace fields. Passing a small village of hmong people before reaching the bamboo forest. Have a rest in a small waterfall to enjoy fresh air and a nice stunning view. Possible swimming in the Muong Hoa river, after that have lunch in a local restaurant.
Continue the trek to Ban Den village of Tay ethnic people with a stunning view of a green valley. Visiting a traditional house on stilts made of wood and bamboo. Welcome by friendly Tay ethnic people in Ban Ho village and overnight at their home to enjoy a local rice wine and dinner with family.  

Day 03: Nam Toong - Sapa/Laocai train station ( B,L)
Distance 6- 7 km - Duration 2-3h walking. ( 200 -300 m elevation, level easy to medium)


8h30 AM: Breakfast in the homestay
9h30 AM: continue the trek up hill to Nam Toong village of red Dzao ethnic people, you will have a beautiful rice paddy valley from this village, Visiting a local house of red Dzao people, Trek down to Lavi waterfall and possible swimming in there or Muong Hoa river to enjoy the fresh water.
12h00: Lunch in local house/the homestay 
13h00: Taking a car back to Sapa - Arrive in our office in Sapa about 14h00, hot shower and rest.
15h30: Go to Sapa bus station for a bus to Hanoi / 17h30 take our bus to Lao Cai train station for night train back to Hanoi.  End The ‘‘ 3 Days Sapa Trekking Tour ‘‘.
Include: English speaking guide, meals (3 lunches, 3 breakfasts, 2 dinners), entrance free, transport following program, 1,5 liters of water/pax/day, homestay, a room for shower and leave your luggages .
