Day 1: Lao Cai ( Sapa ) – Cat Cat village - Fansipan Trekking – Hard and difficult level ( about 1500 m elevation up )
Distance 10 -11km - Duration 6 -8h trekking
Trekking trail.
5h30/6h00 AM: Our bus driver picks you up from Lao Cai station ( Sapa bus station/ at 8h00 am in your hotel in Sapa town) to our office for the trip.
The trek begins about 8h00 am by bus to Cat Cat village of balck Hmong ethnic peopel with beautiful rice paddy fields and pass through forests of bamboo along nice streams and visit cardamom garden. Pic - nic lunch on the way and then continue the trek up to camping site. Have a beautiful view on the way.
16h00/16h30: Arrive to the camping site, resting and hunting beautiful pictures of jungle...
Overnight in camping at 2600/2700 m
Day 2: Fansipan Summit - Hard and difficult level ( about 500 -700 m elevation up )
Distance 8-10 km - Duration 6 -8h
Sunrise on Fansipan
Have an early breakfast in the early morning and then continue the trek, crossing forests, beautiful panorama of valleys, high peaks... Pic-nic lunch on the way.
Reaching the summit in the afternoon where you have a panorama of Sapa town and China mountain. Enjoy the beautiful view on the highest peak of Vietnam. Resting and Enjoy the beautiful view, hunting unique pictures, visiting temple and buddha statues, and flower gardens (depending on season).
Trekking down to the point of 2800 m for camping.
15h00/16h00: Arrive at the camping site.
18h00 Dinner and resting.
Day 3: Fansipan – Tram Ton pass - ( Sapa ) Laocai Hard and difficult level ( about 800 m elevation down )
Distance 10 km - Duration 5-6 h
Happy time on Fansipan
7h00/8h00 AM: Breakfast and then trek down on a small trail to Tram Ton pass. The steep down trail is somewhat arduous but we have great opportunities to get some fantastic views from our vantage point. See the surrounding mountains. crossing apple cardamom garden. Pic- nic lunch on the way.
Keep walking along streams and old trees...
13h00/14h00: Arrive to Tram Ton Pass. You will take a car / scooter back to our office in Sapa for a shower and rest.
15h30: Get on the bus to Hanoi – Arrive at Hanoi about 22h00 or 17h30 taking our shuttle bus to Lao Cai train station for night train to Hanoi. End our tour '' 3 days Fansipan Trekking with Sapa Original Trek''

-From December to February:
It is the Winter time and coldest time on Fansipan.
It is also dry season and often sunny, possibly misty and raining a little bit (Not heavy rain, Not rainy season).
It is the high season for trekking to Fansipan mountain.
Temperature is from -2 to 10 Degree Celsius. It is about 60 to 70 % of the time sunny on the summit). The weather changes very quickly in a day and every-day, every-time
-From March to May:
It is Springtime and still cold on Fansipan (A high mountain).
It is also dry season and often sunny, possibly misty and raining a little bit (Not heavy rain).
It is the high season for trekking to Fansipan mountain too (One of the best times for Fansipan Trekking).
Temperature is from 5 to 15 Degree Celsius. It is about 70% of the time sunny on the summit). The weather changes very quickly in a day and every-day, every-time
-From June – August
It is Summer time and the rainy season from 2800 m to summit, often sunny from the station of trek to camping site at 2800m.
It is still very cold in Fansipan, sunny and possible raining a lot, some misty on the summit but not full day or not every-day. Not dangerous for the trek and You do not worry about it.
Temperature is about 12 to 17 Oc.

-From September to November:
It is autumn time and still cold on Fansipan (A high mountain).
It is the dry season and often sunny, possibly misty and raining a little bit (Not heavy rain).
It is a high season for trekking to Fansipan mountain too (the best time of year for Fansipan Trekking).
Temperature is from 5 to 15 Degree Celsius. It is about 70 -80% of the time it is sunny on the summit). The weather changes very quickly in a day and every-day, every-time
2: What to bring: You should bring warm clothes, raincoats, sun-cream, trekking shoes, stick (possible find stick in jungle), hat, head-light, toilet paper, glove, sock…. Put them on a backpack to carry it by yourself.
We have good sleeping bag and small mattress in the camping
You will sleep in a small house of local government and Sharing the house in the camping with other trekkers( Dorm Room) in night 2 ( It is very basic house and no electric and not hot shower )
You will sleep in a tent or small basic house in night 1
We will give you 3-4 liters of water / pers for 3 days( 2 or 3 big bottles) and you carry it by yourself.
Possible boil water in camping
