Day 1: Lao Cai/Sapa - Suoi Ho - Giang Cha - Ta Phin (Medium and Easy level, from 200 to 300 m elevation )

Golden Rice

5h30/6h00 AM: Our bus driver picks you up from Lao Cai station ( Sapa bus station/ at 9h00 am from your Hotel in Sapa ) to our office for the trip.
9H00 AM: Trekking down to the beautiful valley with many great rice terrace fields. Trek through a small dirt trail and both sides are rice fields, you can work with local people to know how to make rice, it is so sublime that a hard ethnic farmer made it. Visiting Hmong village to discover their daily life, have a look at the wooden traditional house. 
13h00: Lunch in a local restaurant. After that we continue to Ta Phin valley of the red Dzao minority, you will get in a local house to talk with them to learn about the uncanny cultures. A beautiful valley with rice terraces and corn fields, a quiet valley with many small villages of Hmong and Dazo ethnic people living there. Passing corn fields and bamboo forest, beautiful panorama of rice terrace field valley. 
Arrive for the homestay in the afternoon. You can have a traditional herbal bath in the local homestay, It is really good for health after trekking ( optional, You pay for the herbal bath by yourself ). 
Enjoy dinner with family - Overnight the homestay of Red Dzao people in Ta Phin village.

Day 2: Saxeng - Hang Da - Hau Thao - Giang Ta Chai ( Medium and Hard level, from 400 to 500 m elevation)
Distance 14 km - Duration 5h walking

Muong Hoa valley

8h15 AM: Breakfast at the homestay.

Day 3 : Su Pan -Ban Den - Sapa ( Medium and Easy level, from 200 to 300 m elevation )
Distance 12 km - Duration 4-5 h walking
8h15: Breakfast in the homestay
9h00 AM: Continue the trek to Giang Ta Chai village of Dzao people and have a panorama view of rice paddy fields and river, crossing a small bridge. Trek up hill to Su Pan village of Hmong people. Have a look at some local houses.
12h00: Lunch in the local house and then have a short walk to visit green valley.
14h00: Taking the car back to Sapa, have a hot shower in our office in Sapa. Resting time or visiting Sapa town by yourself.
15h30: Go to Sapa bus station for a bus to Hanoi / 17h30 take our bus to Lao Cai train station for night train back to Hanoi. End Tour.


Include: English speaking guide, meals( 3 lunches , 2 diners, 3 breakfasts ) , 1,5 liters of water/pax/day,  transport by bus and car following program, homestay, room for shower and leave your luggages in there, entrance fee
